New Mother’s/Father’s Support Groups

Mother with Courage – Support group for new mothers. Each Monday, 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m; mom-to-mom support.
4th Monday of each month 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. specifically for moms who are self or clinically diagnosed with Postpartum Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs). Both groups are facilitated by Homegrown Babies Postpartum doulas.

Moving Mamas – expectant and new moms walk and stretch, talk and listen, learn and support one another; facilitated by marathon runner, doula, and Lamaze educator Kelly Brown. Meets Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m. Carrier Park or Asheville Mall. Check our Facebook page on Wednesday to confirm location.
